The view was breathtaking; it was nice to have breakfast while looking out to the water. The pool was also great, clean and refreshing. the staff was friendly and always willing to help.
The rooms were not up to standard, the bed was uncomfortable and the sheets seemed quite old. There was no hot water at all and the internet connection was weak and spotty.

We loved the serene location of this hotel near the lake in Benin. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool and the canoes available for guests to use, provided plenty of diversions. The easy-to-walk-into village was a bonus. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
All good.

Spent my new year at a hotel that is beautifully located by the lake. the rooms had a traditional charm and the swimming pool was in a serene setting. the breakfast was fresh and the staff were really helpful. Love that we could use canoes and boats to explore the lake and enjoyed the boat tour that lasted three hours. Another plus was that it was easy to walk to the nearby village and experience the local life.
The food was not that great and lacked variety. the pillows were uncomfortably stuffed and the water was not warm as expected.

The stunning location on the edge of a large lake in Benin makes it easy to walk into the village or explore by boat. Rooms have a certain charm and basic amenities. You can swim in the beautiful setting of the swimming pool and delicious breakfast is served.
The facilities and services at this budget-friendly lakeside hotel are not up to par with many other options in the area.

Fabulous location with lake view. Generous offer of an extra free night. Owned by a local indigene. Hands-on owner, Monsieur Theo. Beautifully furnished with art. Great swimming pool. Delicious food at the restaurant. Helpful and nice staff.
All was good.
